Introducing TileEssence's Ceramic Tile Production Process

TileEssence is a renowned brand in the ceramic tile industry, specializing in the production of high-quality ceramic tiles. Our extensive range of products includes Exterior Wall Tiles, Ceramic Tile Facade, Flooring Ceramic Tiles, Wooden Floor Tiles, and more.

Our production process follows a meticulous workflow to ensure the finest quality and durability of our tiles. Starting with the grinding of raw materials and glaze materials, we carefully prepare the slurry, which undergoes iron removal before being transferred to the slurry tank. After a specific aging period, the slurry is pressed into brick blanks using advanced brick presses.

The brick blanks then enter the drying kiln, where they are thoroughly dried to achieve optimal moisture content. Once dried, the brick blanks move to the glazing line, where they are meticulously coated with glaze for a smooth and glossy finish. For added visual appeal, our tiles can also undergo the optional 3D digital color technology.

In the final stage of production, the glazed brick blanks are fired in high-temperature kilns, transforming them into exquisite finished products. Each finished tile undergoes rigorous quality inspection to ensure it meets our stringent standards. Once approved, the tiles are carefully packaged and stored in our warehouse.
